Description
Crowned facing bust within tressure of arches, double‑arched crown with jewels on outer arch rev. Long cross with trio of pellets in each quarter, single saltire stops. (P&W type IIIc, 5; SCBI 23 (Ashmolean), 342; N 1705c; S 2199). A little weakly struck around left eye, otherwise good Very Fine and darkly toned.
