Elizabeth I (1558‑1603), Shilling, second issue (1560‑61), mintmark cross crosslet. Crowned bust 3B left, beaded inner and wire line circles, legend surrounds ELIZABETH DG ANG FRA ET HIB REGINA. Rev, long cross fourchée over quartered shield of arms, reads POSVI DEV AD IVTORE M MEV, 6.21gm (S. 2409; N. 1985). A little weak in places as usual, irregular flan, nevertheless Near Very Fine with some lustre to peripheries.
