Macclesfield, Roe & Co. (issued by Westwood for collectors) Farthing 1790. Draped bust of Charles Roe right, rev. industry seated left holding auger and cogwheel, edge, engrailed, 23.5mm/4.71gm. (DH 83). Another but dated 1792 and coat has buttons, 24mm/5.91gm. (DH 88). First good Extremely Fine with considerable amounts of lustre, second Extremely Fine and darkly toned, both scarce [2].
