Tom And Jerry Animation Drawing For Ford Mondeo Advert (Large Company, 2003).
A collection of thirty one animation and rough sketches of a movement sequence of Tom from a Ford Mondeo advert. Directed by Jeff Stark. Animated by Ted Hall and with assistant animator Andy Gail. These set from Scene 3 includes various emotions of Tom's face and two cels of him preparing to run. Lots of full body and close up drawings. And four drawings of Tom's tail movement.
The advert begins with a classic Tom and Jerry scene, with Jerry sitting on a spoon on Tom's plate. Tom wraps a napkin around his neck starting to tuck into his mouse sized snack. Flicking Jerry up from his spoon, rather than falling down, Jerry escapes from the TV screen, and a chase ensues. Ending with Jerry finding sanctuary within a new Ford Mondeo and Tom being chased by a live action dog similar to Spike Bulldog.
