1898(-1900) 2p black and carmine, type 1 local opt, upper left corner block of 6 (2x3) with plate number "2", o.g. (five stamps unmounted).  Minor gum yellowing and trivial separation at foot, but a very scarce and attractive positional piece with diagnostic flaws confirming first setting (May 1898).  Only 50 sheets printed.
