Telegraph. 1900 £4 carmine, type T15 opt, right marginal vertical strip of 3 from R3-5/6 of the setting, the centre stamp showing constant variety "Large stop after I", o.g. with brilliant colour. Some gum creasing (mainly in margin), and short or slightly trimmed perfs, but a rare and impressive positional multiple, with lower pair unmounted. (cat £330+).
