Official. 1935-49 "Set 18" (= 1940 issue) 10s "Dull blue and sepia" (the lighter shade as defined by Hisey & Matheson p.101), SG type O3 opt with "OFFICIAL" at LEFT, horizontal pair from right of sheet, used on piece with neat part PRETORIA cds, dated "4 II 49".
