(SG 40) lettered PA neatly tied by a crisply struck "HURLFORD" Scots local cancellation (Type V). Backstamped by a Kilmarnock dispatch cds for and a arrival cds for the following day. Some light overall staining to cover nevertheless a wonderful strike of this rare cancellation. Alcock scarcity rating F. Ex. "Claymore".
