1896-1900 Type 14 2a orange-yellow pin-perf, #3 in the sheet, trace of indeterminate rose monogram, used with very fine Rampur "24 AP 1900" CDS. Also a complete unused imperforate sheet of four (reduced margins, horizontal fold between) with blue Type 17 RNS monograms.  Scarce and most interesting.  See Part I footnote after SG 30
