Telegraphs.  1885 (3 Nov) "JAMMUANDCASHMIRSTATETELREC" for message from Srinagar to Chakratah, franked at 14a by 1884 2a brown and 4a ultramarine strip of three (left halves), tied by violet oval seals, with text and endorsements fully legible.
