Benares.  1915-49 Court Fees and Revenues, an accumulation mostly on cards (hundreds).  Very much in need of a good deal of careful sorting and TLC!   Inspection reveals 1921 Court Fee set unused, four Plate Proofs, an apparently unlisted FOUR ANNAS surcharge on a 1915 5r and a fine range of Kashi District and Uttar Pradesh overprints and obliterations
