QV-QEII mixed mint and used collection housed in four volumes and a folder, including Cape of Good Hope collection arranged by SG number with large samplings of Triangles with 1d (29), 4d (59), 6d (21), 1s (14), with pairs and watermark varieties represented, 1861 Woodblock 1d vermilion (SG 13, cat £3,250), 4d (2, SG 14, £2,750 each), 1864-77 set to 1s and 4d with wmk inverted, 1868 4d on 6d surcharge with variety ‘Peuce’ for ‘Pence’, and ‘Fonr’ for ‘Four’, 1871-76 4d and 5s mint, 1874-76 1d on 6d and 1d on 1s, 1879 3d on 4d with 'PENCB' for ‘PENCE’ and ‘THE.EE’ for ‘THREE’ varieties, 1880 3d on 4d, 1882-83 set to 5s, 1884-90 set to 5s, 1893 1d on 2d with opt double, 1893-98 set to 5s, 1902-04 set to 5s, also a worldwide forgeries reference collection written up on pages.
