1952 (Dec.) 2/6d and 5/- trial booklets for advertisers, containing panes of blank 'stamps' on gummed, watermarked paper. The 2/6d booklet with a mock-up of the pane with 1d x 3 plus adverts; 'SPACE AVAILABLE FOR COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING', and the 5/- booklet with the make-up altered in manuscript. Each punched at top left corner and handstamped with Pattern reference on front cover. A rare and very interesting pair. *Rosen, 1960.*
