Also ‘REVENUE’ oveprints on postage stamps 10 values to 15c, and Insurance 5c to 5r group of 13. A few blemishes and defects as almost always on these issues, still a desirable lot, the local provisionals extremely rare. Key Locals are McClellan B11, B21, B22 and B32.&nbsp;</p>
