The levies for 1970 and 1971 are each paid with a 1971 "Scrolls" R2 greenish blue and gold, overprinted "BASUBIA/ CAPRIVI" in small black capitals reading up the sides. 1972-1973 show payment with pink receipt labels stuck down on the card. The rare R2 stamps are in fine condition and not affected by the multiple folds in the card
