CHINESE IMPERIAL POSTS: 1901 (7 Jan) ‘REMITTANCE CERTIFICATE/IMPERIAL POST OFFICE’ ‘No. 7/General’ form bearing intentionally uncancelled 1898 $2 claret and yellow, 1900-06 5c rose, 30c red and 50c green (paying a total value of $2.85 money transfer) and ‘No. 4/Shanghai’ at right franked with 2c deep red and 4c deep chestnut, paying 6 cents fee, cancelled by ‘NINGPO/7 JAN/01’ ds; the form also signed by the Postal officer; several filing folds not affecting the adhesives. Fine and most unusual.&nbsp;
