1877-78 pair of entires paying the printed matter rate, the first an entire to Landscrona, Sweden, franked by 1d rose-red Pl. 177 and tied by Newcastle-On-Tyne '545' Duplex for FE 28 77, the second, an entire to Arendal, Norway franked by 1d rose red Pl. 184 and tied by Quayside/Newcastle-on-Tyne '545' duplex for MY 13 78. A lovely pair and scarce in this fine condition.
