Very fine block of four perforated examples on ungummed unwatermarked specially prepared handmade paper, with an all over green phosphor within the paper pulp showing a good reaction on both sides. Light pre-printing paper wrinkles characteristic of this handmade paper. Rare. Spec. ST5(2)b.
