1840 1d black, plate 5, pre-printed entire from Lewes to Bishopstone, Seaford bearing 1d (MK) tied by crisp bright red MCs with matching Lewes dispatch ds on reverse for JY.30.1840 with an internal pre-printed circular for the Lewes Church Missionary Association for an annual sermon to be held at St Johns Church, Lewes and an annual meeting the following day. Also 1d (BK) used on entire to the Strand and 2d blue on entire letter to Edinburgh (filing fold through adhesive). Fair to fine. (3)
