1964 Shakespeare Festival. Superb set of five perforated and gummed essays on unwatermarked paper mounted on Harrison presentation cards, the lower four values with the face value in black instead of white as issued. Each card endorsed "Different colour black No." on front and "1st essay" on reverse. The 6d value with additional notes "The actual colours are lighter than these specimens. The denomination should also be shown in white instead of black" initialled "KF". A spectacular unique set of essays.
