1841 1d red-brown, Plate 12 (EK), with close to large margins on entire from London to Greenock and re-addressed to Glasgow, tied by black MC which has been cross-hatched out by postmaster's pen and the Greenock cross subsequently applied, backstamped by Lombard Street branch office mark for 4 SP 1841 and Greenock orange boxed h/s for SE 6. One vertical crease clear of the adhesive, otherwise fine. A most interesting and unusual cover. SG 8.
