1938-52 2s value, Ludington's study collection balance, intact as sold in his 1999 sale. &nbsp;Virtually all mint with 22 blocks of four or six and 6 blocks of nine, and numerous singles, a good exposition of the printings with numerous flaws written up, some unmounted. &nbsp;Accurately identified, as to be expected, including two Plate blocks of the underrated final printing. The blocks of nine have been stored in mounts which have allowed a little toning to develop, otherwise the condition is generally good. &nbsp;SG 116/f
