POSTAL HISTORY: 1949 underpaid cover from Indonesia, with T mark and 30c in manuscript, addressed to New York but readdressed to Mullins River, British Honduras. 2c and 4c postage dues applied on arrival and cancelled with a full Mullins River oval TRD in purple, dated 6 NO 1949, ERD in Proud, a few small flaws but rare combination of postage due and village cancel usage
