1892 20ct, 40ct, 60ct and 80ct used range all dated 1-9-92, a range collected with the intention of having examples of Controls in each range of 1000. The 20ct with examples from 11711 to 24561, nothing in the 12000s or 21000s, with four duplicate singles, two pairs and one missing a digit from the Control (153 7); the 40ct from 24587 to 47563, nothing in the 26000s or 42000s, showing the change in numbering at 31000; one duplicate, also three pairs and a strip of four; the 60ct from 10970 to 22323, nothing in the 15000s, six duplicates including two pairs (both poor); 80ct from 12043 to 24262, nothing in the 21000s, duplicate pair. In all 20ct x 21, 40ct x 33, 60ct x 18 and 80ct x 16, inevitable mixed condition. SG T134, 136-8
