Very fine Parcel Post Label of Beulah Hill, London S.E. bearing a 3d on 3d (SG159) used on the first day of the new Parcel Post service AU.1.1883. the 3d rate was for no parcel exceeding 1lb. Scarce, trimmed perfs and slight stain at left but a presentable and rare first day item. &nbsp;
