1913-7 4d Head Die II, perf 15.  A used block of nine with Chipinga CDSs of 19 DE 14, R4-6/1-3.  Printer's mark on R4/3 at upper right; R5/1 with intermediate 'Bilco' flaws.  Some minor creasing, not detracting from this, the largest known multiple, ex Gibbs, Michael and Montgomery.  SG 245. AH 2b
