1940 Two covers with "SUPPOSED TO CONTAIN MATTER SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 8389 AS AMENDED" handstamp applied in US they were addressed to US banks and probably concerned international financial transactions. First with CL1b "Opened by Censor." label on apple-green paper, applied to registered commercial cover to Tampa, Florida. Franked with ½d and 2s KGVI issues tied by Georgetown duplex (13 JY 1940), ex Podger. Second with CL2 "Opened by Censor" label applied over brown resealing tape on a commercial cover to Port Arthur, Texas. Franked with 6d and 2s KGVI issues tied by Cayman Brac cds (16 JU 1942) (2 items)
