Postal History. 1889 registered cover to Copenhagen with ½d and 4d, Bath CDSs of MR 4; the 4d is a full side-marginal example showing no marginal rule, from the second Setting.  The selvedge has also had a full CDS applied; unusual on cover.  The ½d has a small part of the bottom selvedge at base, showing considerable damage to the jubilee lines.  SG 197, 205a
