"Postmaster provisional" cover locally addressed (in Russian) to "George Coussis, Rue Vladikavkaz No 24", with fine strikes of large rectangular handstamp (in Russian), completed in M/S for "15k" (postage) and with postmaster's signature in pencil, and circular intaglio "Insurance" seal, both in black. A fine example, well above average for this.
