1944 envelope registered from Hsipaw to Insein bearing on reverse, Perak Kanji 5c. block of four and vertical pair clearly tied by Japanese/Burmese Hsipaw c.d.s. and bearing Hsipaw registration label on face. Envelope slightly reduced at right, not detracting from this extremely rare usage in the Shan States under Japanese/Thai occupation.&nbsp;
