1886 20ct on 25ct green surcharge Type T23, showing two diagonal impressions of the surcharge on the lower half of the stamp, without surcharge on the top half, due to a major displacement of the surcharge.  O.g. with some adhesion at top on the reverse, and an area of darker gum at the top right corner, but of good appearance and very rare.  SG T28 var
