1890 80ct on 25r carmine surcharge Type T113 pair used on piece of form with full JAFFNA cancel, the left stamp defective at left.  Only the left stamp shows a small part of the surcharge, due to having been cut at an angle.  The piece also with defects but an extremely scarce usage.  SG T118
