Privately produced by Tom Todd (Publisher of Stamp Magazine) and Hugh Vallancey (Stamp Collecting) for submission to the Post Office. The GPO flatly rejected the idea. A wonderful selection of these difficult essays containing many singles of several values as well as a couple of blocks and multiple proofs on unwatermarked, imperforate paper. (34).</p>
