Officials.  1938-44 6p red-brown printed litho, watermark Umbrella, overprint Type 10.  Used block of four, the top two stamps each having  'ON C G' omitted.  A rare and important showpiece.  SG O51 va; Scott O51 var.
  
The extreme rarity of Cochin SG 69b, the 1938 6p perf 13 x 13½, makes it very possible that this is SG O51 with complete omission of the ON C G S overprint.  This block (but for the two remaining 'S's, yielding two examples of SG 69b) lends credence to this theory, suggesting that part of just a single sheet had the overprint partially or fully omitted due to an obstruction.
