1926 pair of novelty postcards, one franked by 1d and tied by Clacton-On-Sea cds for 30 AU and with a 1d postage due and struck with ‘Liable to Letter Rate’ and ‘1d’ charge marking due to the presence of beads and ribbon on the illustration of a girl and cat, the other being franked by Portugal 25c and tied by a Lisboa cds with the postcard similarly bearing beads for eyes. A lovely pair. (2)
