1926-31 pair of novelty postcards, one franked by 1½d and tied by Newport I of W machine cancel for 23 SEP, the other franked by 1d tied by Arbroath cds for 21 JY and 1d postage due tied by Dalmuir, Glasgow cds, both with cartoon images of a child with googly eyes inserted, but only the latter with a ‘1d’ charge mark.
