Black and white picture postcard of "Ruins of Old Fort, Georgetown" sent to USA (JU 1943), full clear octagonal crown "PASSED D/41" handstamp. Unsealed envelope also with 1½ d KGVI issue, cancelled with full Georgetown duplex (30 NO 1942), full clear octagonal crown "PASSED D/41" handstamp. Scarce usage, lovely examples (2 items)
