1942-43 Pair of well-travelled censored covers festooned with instructional markings. 1942 registered cover to Topeka, Kansas, bearing an octagonal crown "PASSED D/41". Also, 1943 to Puerto Rico, censored in Jamaica with resealing label applied (I.D./5403), readdressed to Trinidad, readdressed to Washington D.C., then returned to sender, etc.
